WOMENSWEAR PROJECT
This school project is a womenswear A/W 22/23 collection, which I made at my 5th semester. It is called 'Kønt Kunst', which can be translated to 'Pretty Art'. Art is something we see as an investment. Something that will only increase value over time. Fashion on the other hand is often seen as a momentary item, that only last - or keep its value for much shorter time. In this school project I chose to work with aesthetic sustainability, and how to create value for the consumer, so the design can be used repeatedly. I wanted to create styles that arouse curiosity and can be seen as unique items in the wardrobe. That is why I chose art as main inspiration.
